In this role as an Oversight Analyst, you will focus on monitoring the operational aspects of financial market infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include conducting regulatory filings analysis and ongoing oversight activities, thereby supporting effective governance. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as you’ll contribute to policy development and engage directly with market participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze regulatory filings to ensure compliance
• Collaborate on the oversight of market entities
• Plan and implement on-site audits using risk-based methods
• Generate analytical reports for decision-makers
• Foster ongoing dialogue with market participants
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years in securities regulation
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory practices
• Strong analytical and legislative interpretation skills
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
