Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers about AE & Aerie products
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program effectively
• Provide versatile support across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and more
• Resolve guest concerns using innovative problem-solving
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Passion for American Eagle and Aerie brands
