- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on‑brand operation.
- Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
- Minimum 18 years old, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Willingness to embrace a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, capable of standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving on time.
- Experience working a flexible schedule from 4 hours per month in slow periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
- Reliable support and ready to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Salary: C $17.00 per hour – C $21.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
