Position: Part-Time Retail Brand Ambassador Role

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building customer relationships and showcasing the AEO Selling Model. Your product knowledge and proactive approach will help educate guests about AE and Aerie, all while ensuring an enjoyable shopping environment. Flexibility and teamwork are critical as you manage multiple store areas daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide insights on AE and Aerie products
• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
• Support across various store zones as required
• Resolve guest inquiries while maintaining brand standards
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Previous retail experience is desirable
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Passionate about American Eagle’s product lines
• Capable of multitasking in a vibrant retail environment
