Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hospitality-style dining service under the Ready, Set, Serve Program
• Assist with food preparation and presentation with the Chef
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards during food service
• Promote and monitor a la carte and wine service
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training
Requirements:
• Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation required
• One year of dining room service experience preferred
• Customer service skills with diverse resident backgrounds
• Strong communication skills in English
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and pass background checks
