Prodigy is looking for a People & Culture Administrator to support the day to day operations of our People & Culture team. This is an entry level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail oriented, professional, and interested in growing their career in Human Resources. In this role, you will support recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, benefits and payroll administration support, employee communications, and general People & Culture initiatives. The ideal candidate is approachable, reliable, confidential, and eager to learn.

As the People & Culture Administrator, you will support the team with:
- Supporting recruitment coordination, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference checks, background checks, and recruitment tracking.
- Assisting with onboarding activities, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating new hire documentation, tracking required forms, and supporting first day logistics.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Preparing employment related documents, including change letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Supporting benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, terminations, and basic employee inquiries.
- Assisting with payroll related administration by tracking employee changes, updates, and required documentation.
- Supporting HRIS updates, data entry, reporting, and employee information changes as required.
- Responding to general employee inquiries and escalate more complex matters as required.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internal communications.
- Supporting offboarding activities, including resignation tracking, exit interview coordination, return of company property, and final documentation.
- Assisting with maintaining and organizing HR templates, forms, policies, process documents, and shared department resources.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Providing general administrative support as required.
About You:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Previous HR related experience is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable learning HR systems, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems, and other administrative tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Professional, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, managers, and external partners.
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Approximate Annual Salary Range for this role: $50,000 – $60,000
Final compensation is determined based on experience, certifications, education/training, work location, and the size and the complexity of the projects assigned.
