Key Responsibilities:
• Fill and check patient medication orders diligently
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care
• Document Best Possible Medication Histories comprehensively
• Manage drug inventory and report issues as needed
• Assist Clinical Pharmacists in daily operations
Requirements:
• Registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred
• Knowledge of unit dosing and IV admixture strongly preferred
• Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
