Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and interventions
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary health program planning
• Educate clients and staff on physiotherapy processes
• Facilitate discharge planning and continuous care
• Promote health maintenance and independence for clients
Requirements:
• Degree in Medical Rehabilitation or equivalent
• Registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Manitoba
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultural experiences an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Current driver’s license and vehicle access
