Position: Product Manager – Enverus AI – Multiple levels – 26131 )
Role Overview
We are hiring product leaders across multiple levels—Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Principal Product Manager—to join the Enverus AI team. The team works across the Enverus ONE platform, our generative‑AI execution layer for the energy industry, building products that span from agents to flow orchestration and user experience.
Performance Objectives
- Ship end‑to‑end agentic products and manage the full product life cycle from ideation to production deployment, adoption, and iteration.
- Define agent behavior, tool use, evaluations, guardrails, and the user experience around autonomous and semi‑agentic workflows.
- Translate strategy into phased execution, setting long‑horizon direction and breaking it into milestones and sprint‑level work.
- Work directly with energy customers—run deployments, conduct discovery, lead demos, and bring user problems back into product planning.
- Operate hands‑on in the product, testing workflows, coding agents, and prototyping as needed to ground direction in real experience.
- Drive cross‑functional execution with AI engineering, platform teams, data strategy, domain PMs, customer success, marketing, and sales.
- Own backlog, sprints, and delivery—maintaining a clean, prioritized backlog, writing development‑ready stories, and actively participating in agile ceremonies.
- Shape commercialization and go‑to‑market strategy alongside commercial leaders on packaging, pricing, access models, and launch readiness.
- Communicate strategy and outcomes to leadership, product peers, and commercial teams, extending to executive‑facing and external customer communication at the Principal level.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, re‑planning rapidly and keeping the team productive amid change.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Hands‑on experience building, deploying, and shipping generative AI agents—direct ownership of system design and production reliability.
- Deep technical understanding of LLMs, prompting, fine‑tuning, RAG, agent frameworks, model evaluation, and current frontier capabilities.
- Strategic and tactical mindset—capable of whiteboard strategy while simultaneously driving backlog and delivery execution.
- Customer‑facing instinct, comfortable leading demos, attending deployments, and handling hard feedback without defensiveness.
- End‑to‑end delivery orientation—owning requirements, sprints, QA, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Bias for speed, shipping fast in ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Can‑do attitude—identifying work, executing, and avoiding unnecessary escalation.
- Comfort with rapid change—thriving when plans shift and supporting team through pivot.
- Cross‑functional influence—delivering alignment across teams and geographies without formal authority.
- Crisp communication—structured writing and speaking, translating frontier work into compelling narratives for executives, customers, and engineers.
- Energy industry experience (strongly preferred) in upstream, midstream, power, renewables, trading, financial institutions, or OFS.
