Position: Production Associate for Thermal Products
Location: West Vancouver
Join Dana’s Mount Forest facility as a Production Associate. Focus on manufacturing thermal products on the afternoon shift with an emphasis on safety and quality.
Dana is looking for dedicated production team members to build engine cooling components at its Mount Forest plant. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and have previous manufacturing experience. A strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build components for thermal applications in production
• Prioritize safety and customer quality specifications
• Engage in repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Exhibit teamwork with a positive attitude
• Handle lifting of 5-15 lbs. consistently
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous production experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required
• Ability to work standing for extended periods
• Afternoon shift availability from 3:00PM to 11:00PM
