Position: Full-Time Production Technician
Enhance food production with Golden West Baking Company as a Full-Time Production Technician on the AM Shift in Delta, BC. Focus on quality control, safety, and packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Production Technician, you will work collaboratively in a team to meet customer and product requirements under HACCP and WCB guidelines. This role requires rotating through positions and performing final quality checks. You will assist in keeping the packaging area organized and maintain cleanliness while reporting any machinery issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Department per HACCP regulations
• Rotate with Technicians across all shifts
• Conduct final quality checks on products
• Support team members with breaks and tasks
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements:
• Safety training completion for handling products
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 kg
• Strong organizational skills for production tasks
• Experience in food processing preferred
• Ability to communicate product issues effectively
