Overview
Program Manager, Growth & Business Expansion at Intertek for the Wisetail People Assurance team within Creative Services. This role focuses on executing a defined growth agenda across four core areas: operational efficiency, productization of services, partnerships, and business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency & Scale: Drive initiatives that improve speed, capacity, and profitability in Creative Services. Identify inefficiencies in workflows, resourcing, and execution models; move improvements into action; partner with Operations and Creative leadership to implement scalable process improvements; establish clear ownership, timelines, and accountability.
- Productization of Services: Explore and incorporate AI-enabled approaches where relevant to enhance service offerings, improve solution design, and support scalability. Support the transformation of custom work into structured, repeatable service offerings; define service components, inputs, and delivery structure with Creative teams; assist in developing pricing logic, packaging models, and standardized delivery frameworks; track adoption, performance, and scalability of productized offerings.
- Business Expansion Execution: Drive execution of initiatives that expand Creative Services revenue and reach. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to move growth initiatives forward; support development and rollout of scalable opportunities tied to client demand; ensure expansion initiatives are structured, progressing, and delivering against defined outcomes.
- Partnerships & Ecosystem Management: Manage and grow content and service partner relationships to support Creative Services expansion. Partner with leadership to align on partner priorities and ensure execution against strategic goals; operationalize partner engagements, ensuring integration into offerings and execution models; evaluate, onboard, and monitor ongoing performance of content partners; structure partner-related initiatives for scalability and commercial viability.
- Cross-Functional Execution & Alignment: Act as a central operator across departments to prevent stalls; facilitate coordination between Creative, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams; maintain visibility across all active growth work streams and proactively remove blockers; translate direction into actionable plans, timelines, and follow‑through mechanisms.
- Data, Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress of initiatives across all areas; provide structured updates on status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes; use data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring escalation; ensure leadership has clear visibility into execution progress and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent plus 10 years’ work experience.
- Background in operations, procurement, supply chain, business analysis, or program management.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Highly analytical with strong comfort working with data and financial information.
- Proven ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward action and follow‑through.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with external stakeholders, vendors, or partners is an asset.
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring new tools and technologies, including AI, to support problem‑solving and solution development.
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $108,600–$118,600 per year. Compensation packages are based on a variety of factors including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
