Insight Global is seeking Technical Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support across multiple technical initiatives for a large maritime client. This individual will partner closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects stay organized, on track, and well-documented.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, timelines, and tracking documents using standard project management tools
- Track action items, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent technical projects
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of clear meeting notes and action items
- Support documentation efforts by drafting, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, technical requirements, and standard operating procedures
- Serve as a central point of contact for routine project communications with internal teams and external vendors
- Follow up with third-party vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of project components, updates, and documentation
- Partner with the Business Analyst to track requirements and gather inputs from internal stakeholders
- Compile updates from project team members to prepare weekly status reports for leadership
- Monitor shared inboxes or ticketing systems and route requests to appropriate technical resources
- Provide general operational and administrative support, including data entry and document control, to support efficient project execution
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar operational support role
- Previous experience supporting technical teams such as software development, data analytics, or engineering is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or task-tracking tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate meetings into clear action items
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to follow up on tasks and updates independently
