Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator/Estimator based in Etobicoke, ON.
What you will do:
✔ Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
✔ Prepare accurate cost estimates, material list and budgets
✔ Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
✔ Support in documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Strong estimation skills, including cost analysis and proposal development
- Proficiency in construction documentation, understanding of blueprints, and familiarity with construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Proficiency in relevant software systems, such as project management tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in drywall, steel framing, or related construction fields is an asset
- Post-secondary education in construction management, architectural technology, or a related field is preferred
- The role requires precision, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
