14North Construction Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team and help coordinate our commercial and industrial construction projects. The coordinator role is an expansive position that plays a vital role in the creation, management and completion of our projects. This role will work closely with our project management team as well as with our AP department. The chosen candidate will be involved in invoice management in relation to their managed projects.
The chosen candidate will posses the following skills:
- Knowledge and experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of business management and administration
- Knowledge of employment laws and occupational health and safety standards
- Good mathematical skills, be meticulous and detail oriented
- Ability to read, interpret and develop build based on drawings
- Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a busy environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Familiarity with Procore
