About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Manager to lead the creation and submission of high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFQs, presentations, and client-facing documents. This role requires strong Adobe InDesign skills, excellent writing and coordination abilities, and experience supporting underwriting or financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full proposal process from kickoff to final submission.
* Prepare RFPs, RFQs, proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
* Design and format professional proposal documents using **Adobe InDesign**.
* Work with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and project information.
* Support underwriting materials, financial summaries, investment packages, and related documentation.
* Ensure all submissions are accurate, branded, polished, and deadline-ready.
* Review proposal requirements, timelines, and submission instructions.
* Maintain proposal templates, project profiles, resumes, and marketing materials.
* Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in proposal management, business development, marketing, underwriting support, or a related role.
* Strong experience with Adobe InDesign is required.
* Experience with underwriting, financial analysis, investment packages, or real estate/development finance is preferred.
* Strong writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Experience in construction, development, real estate, finance, or professional services is an asset.
