Position: QA Automation Engineer – TMX Group
Join TMX Group in Toronto as a QA Automation Engineer for a 4-month contract. Leverage automation skills with Smart Bear Test Complete to ensure the highest quality of Trust applications.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will navigate a hybrid work environment, dedicating 2-3 days in the office.
Your role involves designing and executing both automated and manual testing strategies. You will support the Agile team in improving application performance and operational stability while documenting and tracking defects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks with Smart Bear Test Complete
• Translate business requirements into detailed test cases
• Execute manual and automated tests following established standards
• Assist in resolving production defects and performance issues
• Suggest innovative tools for continuous testing improvement
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience
• Proficiency with Smart Bear Test Complete and ReadyAPI
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Experience in Linux and Windows environments
• Ability to write T-SQL for Oracle, MS-SQL, or DB2
