Mandatory Skills:
Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium (Java) and Cypress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium (Java) and Cypress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps
Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger
Validate AEM components and content to ensure accuracy and functionality
Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards
Execute database validation using SQL queries
Provide release support, including production validation and post-deployment checks
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and best practices
Mentor and guide QA team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium (Java) and Cypress
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test management and tracking
Experience in API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) testing
Knowledge of accessibility testing standards (e.g., WCAG)
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for backend validation
Experience in release coordination and production validation
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
