JMC Aviation is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Toronto team and support our expanding operations across Canada and the US.

The Role
As a Recruiter at JMC Aviation, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to placement and aftercare. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a high quality recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging aviation professionals
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Conducting interviews and coordinating client submissions
- Supporting offer processes, onboarding, and compliance
- Building long term relationships with candidates and clients
About You
We’re open to different levels of experience, but you’ll ideally bring:
- Recruitment experience (aviation or technical recruitment is an advantage, but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- A genuine interest in aviation and people focused work
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: CAD $60,000 – $95,000, depending on experience
- Quarterly team based bonus
