Adecco is urgently hiring for 2 results-driven and client-focused Recruiters to support the growth and success of our client in North York (near 404/401 – free parking). This role is a full-cycle recruitment role for a high volume of certified and customer related talent across Ontario and New Brunswick from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding and more while driving exceptional candidate experiences.
- Pay Rate: $23-25/hour
- Location: North York, ON (Consumers Road area)
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9am – 5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time – 1 month with potential to extend

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Produce and manage job postings and recruiting sources using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Qualifications:
- Ideally 1 year+ experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house); open to candidates who have recruitment internships as well
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, persistent, patient, outgoing, able to work in a fast paced hiring environment
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practices
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
