Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BCLS required.
  • Minimum of two years of hemodialysis experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Nephrology Certificate Program completed is an asset.
  • Management of Aggressive Behaviour or equivalent preferred.
  • Certificate in Gentle Persuasive Approach preferred.

  • Demonstrated knowledge, skill and judgment in the application of hemodialysis.
  • Demonstrates excellent assessment, communication, organization, problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills.

Hours of Work

Available to work all shifts including weekends and statutory holidays. These are for existing positions. Applications will be considered until positions are filled.
