Our Client is hiring a Power BI / Data Analytics Consultant to support regulatory modernization and reporting initiatives within a government environment. This role focuses on dashboard development, analytics, data management, reporting automation, and business intelligence solutions that support data driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, Azure data platforms, analytics, reporting automation, and stakeholder collaboration across cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions
- Build automated monitoring and reporting tools using Power BI and Power Automate
- Develop and maintain data models and visual analytics solutions
- Integrate Python and AI capabilities to automate analytics and insight generation
- Perform data validation, QA/QC, testing, and analysis activities
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with business analysts, regulatory specialists, and leadership teams
- Support end users through training, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
- Create SOPs, reporting documentation, and user guides
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Power BI dashboard development experience
- Experience building analytics and business intelligence platforms
- Azure based data platform experience
- Power Automate experience
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience facilitating meetings with business and leadership teams
- Experience working with cross functional stakeholders
- Experience using analytics methodologies to generate insights
