Position: Sales & Marketing Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$105/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic, end-to-end GTM workflows that challenge today's best models.
- Grade agent performance across sales motions, marketing, and revenue operations.
- Build scenarios for account research, ICP targeting, and outreach.
- Develop marketing scenarios including campaign builds, ad copy, and SEO content.
- Evaluate CRM hygiene, lead routing, and pipeline analytics.
- Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in B2B sales, growth or lifecycle marketing, or RevOps/SalesOps.
- Working fluency in outbound strategy, campaign planning, and sales operations.
- Comfortable with GTM artifacts like pipeline reviews and sales playbooks.
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.
