Key Responsibilities:
• Assist prospective buyers across multiple communities
• Provide tours and explain available options
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Support purchase agreement execution
• Engage in ongoing training and development
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience is an asset
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly about home construction
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
