Responsibilities
- Deliver individualised customer service in a team environment to contribute toward the success of the Sunridge Michael Hill store.
- Foster a fun and supportive culture while maintaining high presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to connect with customers and help create lifetime memories.
- Driven to achieve personal and team sales goals with experience working toward targets / KPIs.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge; capable of creating in-store displays.
