Title: 360 Recruiter
Location: Hamilton, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (uncapped commission)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to placement and onboarding
- Develop new business opportunities and actively acquire clients within the Hamilton and surrounding areas
- Conduct door-to-door sales and in-person visits to local businesses to introduce and promote our staffing and recruitment services
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify hiring needs, present recruitment solutions, and negotiate service agreements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and ongoing account management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work towards monthly recruitment and business development targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and recruitment efforts within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client staffing requirements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience working in a staffing agency environment
- Proven experience in a client-facing recruitment, business development, account management, or sales role
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales, cold calling, networking, and in-person client meetings
- Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Bilingual candidates are an asset
