Hiring: Scheduling & Procurement Coordinator | Manufacturing
I’m currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in the packaging space that is looking to add a detail-oriented Scheduling & Procurement professional to their team.
This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll sit at the center of production, purchasing, and supplier coordination.

- Strong mix of production scheduling + purchasing/buying responsibilities
- High visibility across operations, customer service, and suppliers
- Opportunity to directly impact lead times, inventory flow, and on-time delivery
What they’re really looking for:
- Experience in purchasing / buying (this is key)
- Strong vendor/supplier relationship management
- Background in production scheduling or planning within manufacturing
- Ability to manage POs, delivery timelines, and inventory coordination
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage changing priorities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000 – $62,000
- Full benefits package
- 2 weeks vacation
