Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper maintenance of landscaping and grounds
• Conduct repairs on the buildings and equipment
• Maintain spa and pool areas for resident safety
• Carry out daily water testing and documentation
• Operate under health and safety policies at all times
Requirements:
• Clean Driver’s Abstract necessary for operations
• Current water ticket or pool certificate preferred
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to take required certification courses
