Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough maintenance of landscaping and grounds

• Maintain pool and spa facilities to high standards
• Prepare for emergency call-outs after hours
Requirements:
• Valid, clean Driver’s Abstract required
• Preference for current water ticket or pool certificate
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to pursue necessary certifications at the onset
