Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Leadership & Operations Transformation to lead client engagements, support operational excellence initiatives, and help organizations build stronger leadership systems, team behaviours, and execution discipline.
This role is ideal for a consultant with strong experience in operational excellence, leadership development, project execution, organizational transformation, and client relationship management.
The Senior Consultant will work directly with client leaders and MissionPerform teams to assess business challenges, develop practical solutions, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Employment Overview

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Open to applicants across Canada and US)
Travel: Over 50%, based on client and project needs
Expected Compensation: $140,000–$160,000, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support consulting engagements from planning through execution.
- Build strong relationships with client leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and governance routines.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Apply operational excellence methods, including Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and daily management.
- Assess current-state processes, leadership systems, team routines, and performance gaps.
- Coach client teams on best practices that improve accountability, communication, execution, and performance.
- Support measurable improvements in key metrics such as Right-First-Time quality, On-Time Delivery, productivity, and execution reliability.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, team alignment discussions, and problem-solving routines.
- Support the deployment and adoption of MissionPerform software solutions.
- Mentor consultants and project team members.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and solution design.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8–12 years of progressive consulting, operational excellence, leadership development, or transformation experience.
- Experience leading complex client engagements or performance improvement initiatives.
- Master’s degree, MBA, or similar graduate-level education strongly encouraged.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and advise client leaders.
- Track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination.
- Experience deploying or supporting enterprise-level software solutions is strongly preferred.
- Industry experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel over 50% based on client and project needs.
Bonus Skills
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Prosci, Change management, or similar certification.
- Experience with leadership development programs, daily management systems, tiered management, operating model design, or performance governance.
- Experience supporting software adoption, digital transformation, dashboards, workflow tools, or enterprise implementation projects.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations, client deliverables, workshop materials, and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience mentoring consultants or leading cross-functional project teams.
Standards and Expectations

They will maintain strong client awareness, understand key performance indicators, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
They will communicate risks to timelines, scope, quality, budget, or client outcomes in a timely manner and consistently work to improve their consulting, leadership, operational excellence, and digital enablement skills.
