In this role, you will lead disaster recovery testing and tool management using Service Now BCM. This position requires defining system configurations and architecture to meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO). Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end disaster recovery production tests
• Utilize Service Now BCM for documenting recovery plans
• Assist in configuring cloud infrastructure for DR
• Align DR strategies with industry standards and guidelines
• Conduct post-test reviews and update technical playbooks
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in IT disaster recovery or technical operations
• Proficiency in hybrid infrastructure tools and services
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO and NIST
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certifications preferred
