Position: Senior Engineering Role in Facility Operations
Location: Petrolia
Drive the effective management of plant facilities as a Senior Engineer.
Your role will entail a variety of engineering tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC disciplines.
In this position, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of the plant’s systems, ensuring they meet organizational requirements. You’ll troubleshoot breakdowns, supervise service providers, and execute engineering projects within the facility. Your leadership will also be key in mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall operation of facility systems and processes
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on facility equipment
• Oversee vendor coordination for maintenance tasks
• Plan and execute M&E installations and projects
• Mentor team members with technical guidance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related engineering field
• At least 5 years of relevant operational experience
• Cleanroom experience preferred for candidates
• Proficient in HVAC and energy management techniques
• Strong project management and teamwork skills
