Position: Senior Financial Analyst Role

Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, you will take charge of revenue forecasting, budgeting, and demand analysis within your business unit. Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams and delivering financial strategies that enhance overall performance. Utilize AI methodologies to streamline financial processes while driving insightful decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead P&L management across the product lifecycle
• Prepare variance reports and present analyses to leaders
• Ensure accuracy in financial submissions and reconciliations
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain for market intelligence
• Build business cases for price approvals and initiatives
Requirements:
• 5–7 years’ experience in business-related finance roles
• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• CA/CPA MBA degree or equivalent required
• Flexibility and strong learning agility
