As a Senior Financial Analyst at BCAA, you will guide a team through monthly P&L and cash flow forecasts using Workday Adaptive Planning. You’ll collaborate with directors and executives to highlight risks, budget variances, and provide valuable insights into performance across various sectors including insurance and car share. This role also involves capital expenditure proposals and improving financial transparency through analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team in monthly forecasting and financial analysis
• Analyze data and report findings to executive team
• Support board of director and executive reporting
• Review and build capital expenditure proposals
• Develop analytical tools for improved financial forecasting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Economics
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI beneficial
• CPA or CFA designation preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse relationships
