Our client is seeking a hands-on SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant to support a technical upgrade of SAP S/4

HANA from version to version . This is not a solution design or implementation role. The successful consultant will work closely with the development and technical teams during remediation activities, ensuring existing business processes continue to function as expected following the upgrade.

The focus of this engagement is regression testing, issue analysis, and functional validation of existing SAP FI/CO processes, with no net-new functional scope being introduced.

Must Haves

  • 8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO functional consulting experience.
  • Strong experience supporting SAP S/4

    HANA environments.

  • Experience participating in SAP technical upgrades, enhancement packs, or migration projects.
  • Proven experience executing functional testing and regression testing activities.
  • Strong understanding of core SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
  • Ability to work closely with development and technical teams to validate remediation activities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), as VIM is also being upgraded as part of this initiative.
  • Previous experience supporting S/4

    HANA upgrade projects.

  • Experience working in complex enterprise SAP environments.
