As Head of Medical Affairs at Takeda, you will shape the Canadian medical strategy for oncology while leading a dynamic team of Medical Leads and MSLs. Your expertise will drive clinical study planning and execution, fostering relationships with national opinion leaders to ensure effective collaboration across functions. You will oversee compliance with regulations and provide medical insight to government and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and define the Oncology medical strategy in Canada
• Oversee project plans and oncology medical strategy implementation
• Lead and train Medical Leads and MSLs
• Establish relationships with national Oncology leaders
• Drive clinical study planning with Global teams
Requirements:
• Doctorate degree required
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical industry; oncology experience preferred
• Proven leadership in medical and scientific research
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
