In this position, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of project financings, from initial structuring to post-closing activities. You’ll also assist in the financial structuring for development assets and influence corporate development initiatives across the portfolio. Your leadership will solidify crucial relationships with lenders and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project financing structures from initiation to closure
• Manage the existing operating portfolio and refinancings
• Conduct financial modeling to support valuation work streams
• Build partnerships and manage external relationships
• Ensure compliance with Blu Earth’s Environmental, Health, & Safety policies
Requirements:
• At least 7 years’ relevant financial experience
• Degree in Management, Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Required professional credentials: CA, CPA, CFA, MBA
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA
• Flexible schedule to accommodate project demands
