Senior Power BI Consultant / Business Data Reporting Analyst
Contract Term: 6 months, highly renewable
Start Date: ASAP
Work Location: downtown Toronto, ON. Hybrid, 1 to 2 days onsite per week

Scope of the project: build new Power BI dashboards and enhance existing Salesforce CRMA dashboards
Technical Skills:
Design, develop, and deliver streamlined dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse business stakeholders.
8 + years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles, ideally within financial services.
Comfortable working with large datasets and proficient with tools such as SQL, SAS, Databricks and Alteryx
Proficient in visualization platforms such as Power BI and Salesforce CRMA.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering user-friendly production reports and dashboards for multiple users.
Skilled in performing quality assurance (QA) on large datasets and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex problems, lead data discovery and communicate findings in an impactful way.
Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills that inform decision-making.
Problem Solver:
You have exceptional critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills with demonstrated ability to independently identify and analyze business and technical problems and recommend solutions
Collaboration & Influence:
Collaborate with business partners to gather and interpret requirements, and design dashboards that effectively address their needs; recommend optimal data visualizations and presentation methods to ensure clarity, actionable insights, and impactful decision-making.
Ability to build relationships, drive consensus, and collaborate within a large, matrixed organization.
Experience providing training and coaching to colleagues within the technical domain.
