Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Scrum Master to serve as a servant‑leader, facilitator, and coach, driving the adoption and maturation of Agile principles and Scrum practices across our development teams. In this role, you will establish a strong Agile foundation, foster effective collaboration between internal and external teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide teams in Agile principles and Scrum practices
, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Coordinate release planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, and other Agile ceremonies
. - Act as the primary point of contact for the outsourced development team.
- Coach and mentor individuals and teams to improve Agile maturity and performance
. - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, ensuring seamless team progress.
- Define and enforce Scrum standards
, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Agile adoption and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure visibility into sprint progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure Dashboard

Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including 4+ years leading Agile teams in an outsourced development environment
. - Strong hands‑on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Dashboard).
- Proven ability to drive Agile transformation and enhance team performance.
- Excellent problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
. - Passion for Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large‑scale Agile implementations
. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coach teams at different stages of Agile adoption.
