Position: Senior ServiceNow CMDB Developer Role
Lead the integration and migration of configuration data as a Senior Service Now CMDB Developer. Focus on enhancing CMDB capabilities and aligning processes with governance standards in a structured working environment.
This role emphasizes technical design, configuration, and data migration for Service Now CMDB. You will engage with teams on configuration items data migration from Flexera, ensuring compliance with CSDM and quality governance. Your expertise in IT functionality will be critical for successful implementation and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and configuration of Service Now CMDB
• Migrate and map data from Flexera to Service Now
• Partner with teams for accurate CI management
• Remediate CMDB data quality and duplicates
• Prepare documentation for technical designs
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Service Now CMDB experience
• Hands-on skills in data mapping and reconciliation
• Proven experience in ITSM and ITOM practices
•
Certifications:
Service Now CSA and CAD
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methods
Drive successful integration and migration efforts with a strong focus on data quality and governance.
