Your Responsibilities
- You’ll support category strategy development through data analysis, forecasting, and market insights
- You’ll manage demand planning data and collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory and supplier performance
- You’ll act as a key point of contact for suppliers, supporting performance tracking, issue resolution, and relationship management
- You’ll contribute to contract negotiations through cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling
- You’ll monitor market trends and supply risks, providing recommendations to support business continuity
- You’ll build and maintain forecasting models and reporting tools to guide sourcing and operational decisions
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Food Science, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
