Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on pediatric care and enteral nutrition
• Assist with tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Provide effective wound care and chronic disease oversight
• Engage in health teaching for patients and families
• Support diabetes management and protocol adherence
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (RPN)
• Current registration with provincial regulatory body
• 1-2 years nursing experience in community settings
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
• Experience in palliative and trach care is an asset
