The Site Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Turnover Project Managers by overseeing daily on-site operations across one or more active turnover projects. This 6-month contract role ensures that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor manages field crews and subcontractors, coordinates site activities, and ensures all work aligns with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Support Turnover Project Managers in managing multiple projects within a site or sites.
• Coordinate and supervise crews, trades, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and ensure work meets scope and client specifications.
• Enforce health and safety policies and promote a culture of safety on site.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and site needs with the Turnover Project Manager.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving to minimize downtime and delays.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism are maintained on all job sites.
Qualifications:
• Experience in construction supervision, preferably in multifamily or turnover environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and priorities.
• Understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites as needed.
