Site Supervisor – Wood Chipping Operation – BC
BC Eco Industrial Services are looking for an Experienced Supervisor to join our chipping, grinding and Log Yard operations based in the Kootenay region of British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members engaged in debarking, sawing, cleaning, and chipping logs to make wood chips.
- Operate other heavy equipment as required.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
- Ensure company policies, core values, and culture are consistently upheld.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience running a small crew.
- Familiarity with wood chipping operations.
- Mechanical aptitude and capable of performing basic daily equipment maintenance.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and proven safety record.
- Experience operating other heavy equipment is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Physically fit and able to walk uneven ground, chip piles, and log yard locations.
- Team player willing to pitch in wherever needed.
