As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital part of our Operations team, ensuring our properties remain safe and well-maintained. You’ll perform repairs and routine maintenance while responding to emergency calls when necessary. This position requires a strong customer-first mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs to rental properties as needed
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain properties to ensure amenities are operational
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Complete all approved maintenance work orders
Requirements:
• Experience in residential maintenance and renovations
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems

• Valid class G driver’s license and personal vehicle
