GymTonic is looking for a creative, social, and organized person to help grow our fitness app across McGill, Montréal, and student communities.
GymTonic helps people stay consistent with fitness by turning workouts, streaks, and progress into real rewards. We are building the brand around motivation, accountability, campus energy, and the idea that showing up should actually feel rewarding.
This role is for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, what makes a fitness brand feel exciting, and how to build community around a product people actually use.
You will help with:
Creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Finding content ideas, trends, hooks, and campus angles
Helping recruit ambassadors, creators, coaches, and student users
Building community around GymTonic at McGill and Montréal
Helping plan campaigns, giveaways, posters, and launch pushes
Creating content that makes people want to download the app, not just “like the post”
Giving feedback on the app from a student/community perspective
We’re especially interested in people who understand fitness, lifestyle, student culture, women’s fitness communities, campus influence, or creator marketing.
You do not need years of experience. You need taste, initiative, consistency, and the ability to understand what makes people care.
Good fit if you are:
A McGill / Montréal student or recent grad
Comfortable with social media and short-form content
Interested in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or student communities
Good at spotting trends and turning them into content ideas
Organized enough to help manage outreach and community growth
Confident enough to bring your own ideas, not just wait for instructions
Bonus if you have experience with:
TikTok / Reels creation
Campus ambassador programs
Fitness content
Canva / CapCut
Influencer outreach
Marketing clubs, case competitions, or student associations
Community management
This is a flexible part-time role with room to grow into a bigger marketing, community, or ambassador-lead position as GymTonic expands.
