As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a highly motivated and client facing Solutions Consultant to partner closely with sales leadership and customers across complex infrastructure initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for former Dell or Lenovo TSRs, Solutions Consultants, systems engineers, technical account managers, or pre sales specialists who enjoy working directly with customers to architect and position enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support strategic customer opportunities across North America
- Participate in customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution discussions
- Design, recommend, and position enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned to customer business requirements
- Support solution architecture, configurations, quoting, and deal registration activities
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution positioning to customers, vendors, and partners
- Collaborate closely with OEMs, distributors, and vendor engineering teams on complex opportunities
- Support infrastructure initiatives across servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and unified communications technologies
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
- 3 to 7+ years of experience within technical sales, pre sales engineering, or infrastructure consulting environments
- Experience working with vendors such as Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, HPE, VMware, Fortinet, Nutanix, or similar enterprise technology organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with the IT channel ecosystem including VARs, MSPs, distributors, and OEM partner relationships
- Strong customer facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Highly collaborative, solutions oriented, and comfortable operating within a fast paced growth environment
