Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage customer experience processes effectively
• Drive training and development within the store
• Authorize returns, breakages, and product write-offs
• Support analyzing sales to enhance performance metrics
Requirements:
• 3 years in a managerial store position
• Completed Grade 12 (NQF Level
4) or higher
• Background in retail trade necessary
• Strong leadership abilities and training experience
• Knowledge in compliance processes and stock audits
