Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Toronto, ON. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, driving sales, monitoring inventory, upholding customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
Required Skills :
Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience (including processing orders and inventory tracking) in the food industry
Have good communication, customer service skills
Able to work well under pressure and a quick learner
Must have a valid driver's license, own car and a cell phone
Reliable, outgoing, mature and have flexible hours (45 hours a week including Fridays and Saturdays)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food industry, with exposure to order processing and inventory management
Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor
Proven ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to new processes
Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle and mobile phone
Dependable, proactive, and adaptable, with the flexibility to work approximately 45 hours per week, including Fridays and Saturdays
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
