The Bethany Group, a leading not-for-profit in Central Alberta, is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to assist with workforce planning and employee relations. This role under the Director of Corporate Services will ensure alignment with the organization’s values while supporting managers in various HR functions. The goal is to enhance the employee experience within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support managers with recruitment and performance management
• Lead and report on HR metrics for business decisions
• Manage grievance processes and participate in investigations
• Assist in labor negotiations and research
• Facilitate HR training and provide development advice
Requirements:
• Degree in HR, business administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in a senior HR role
• Computer literacy with HRIS/HRMS and MS Office
• Experience in healthcare or unionized environments is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and development skills
